• Plan ahead. Book up to 20 appointments; to make sure you get regular appointments.  Appointments should be weekly, no longer than fortnightly apart to make significant impact your healing and recovery.

 

• I will send you a payable invoice by email. You will be required to pay within 12 hours for the 1st appointment only. Your appointments will be confirmed upon payment.

 

• 'Pay as you go', payment is required 1 week in advance of each next appointment.

• All cancelled appointments with less than 48 hours will be charged for in full, appointments will not be rescheduled without at least 48 hours notice. Your appointment will run 'on-time'.​

 

• If you are more than 15 mins late without notifying me, your appointment will be cancelled.

 

• Please double-check you are booking in your country's correct time zone, and the date.

 

• You should be in a comfortable room without any distractions for your appointment. You may wish to be in a room which you can 'disconnect' from for a while after your session.

 

• You'll need to make sure you have access to ZOOM (download the free version) or FaceTime (Mac). Use a wired (LAN) internet connection if possible, if not place your device/computer near a strong connection close to your router. Please note: I do not offer telephone work/counselling/non-video.

 

• You may prefer to use headphones, sometimes it can create a more 'connected' feeling, and cut out some inevitable noise distractions.

• This is an adult, private pay service only, I do not take third party referrals for online services such as insurance companies or social services.​

 

• Due to having a full schedule each week, unfortunately I do not offer free introductory calls. You can just choose and book the appointment you would like.

• You will receive an email when you make a booking, the email will contain the Zoom link. There will be a separate email for payments from Stripe with my details on.
